PetroChina Z30S is a high-flow homopolymer polypropylene resin intended for high-speed fiber spinning and non-woven fabric production. Available as white translucent pellets, this PP grade features a melt flow rate (MFR) of 18–32 g/10 min and a melting point of 164°C–170°C. It combines excellent process liquidity, low ash content, and robust resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
There is broad adoption of Z30S for medical and hygiene goods such as surgical gowns and diapers, textile materials like BCF carpet yarns and staple fibers, and industrial safety equipment including seat belts and heavy-duty straps.
