Designed exclusively for high-speed fiber spinning and non-woven fabric production, PetroChina Z30S is a high-flow homopolymer polypropylene (PP) resin. It is supplied in white translucent pellet format with a melt flow rate (MFR) of 18–32 g/10 min and a melting point of 164°C–170°C. This resin delivers superior flow characteristics, low ash content, and high resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
Widespread use of Z30S covers medical and hygiene products (surgical gowns, diapers), textile products including BCF carpet yarns and staple fibers, and industrial safety hardware such as seat belts and heavy-duty straps.
