Q What is your standard packing method? 25kg woven bag or jumbo bag?

Standard packing: 25kg PP woven bag without pallet. Jumbo bulk bag (1000kg) can be arranged on customer request.

Q What payment terms do you accept? Can we do L/C at sight?

Main payment term: T/T before shipment). L/C at sight is acceptable for large-volume long-term orders after business evaluation.

Q What is the production lead time for one full container load after receiving Payment?

Lead time normally 15 working days after payment confirmation, subject to stock status. Stock items can be shipped within 3–5 days.

Q What is your MOQ? What is the unit price based on FOB China port?

General MOQ is 1 × 20GP container. Small trial orders are negotiable subject to material availability. Exact FOB price depends on material type,melt index and order volume. Kindly send your detailed specification for formal quotation.

Q Are your plastic granules virgin material or recycled material? Could you provide complete technical data sheet (TDS)？

We supply virgin plastic pellets PP, PE, PET etc.). Please advise your target material grade and application. We can supply TDS.
