PetroChina Z30S is a high-melt-flow homopolymer polypropylene (PP) resin. Produced as white translucent pellets, it is formulated specifically for high-speed fiber spinning applications and non-woven fabric production. With a controlled melt flow rate (MFR) of 18–32 g/10 min and a melting point between 164°C and 170°C, it provides superior flowability, minimal ash content, and high chemical resistance to acids, alkalis, and organic solvents.
Commonly used across multiple fields, Z30S can be found in medical and hygiene products (surgical gowns, diapers), textiles consisting of BCF carpet yarns and staple fibers, and industrial safety gear including seat belts and heavy-duty straps.
