T03 Sinopec PP Plastic Granules for High-Strength Strapping Tape Production

Sinopec T03 is a homopolymer polypropylene (PP) supplied as white translucent granules. This material is non-toxic, tasteless, and features an exceptionally low density of 0.9-0.91 g/cm³, making it one of the lightest common plastics available. Engineered for demanding applications, it delivers superior mechanical properties including significant rigidity, excellent wear resistance, and high surface hardness while maintaining notable impact strength at elevated temperatures.

Primary Applications

Sinopec T03 PP is ideally suited for conversion into flat yarns (raffia), monofilaments, and films. These serve as primary materials for manufacturing high-strength woven bags, heavy-duty jumbo bags, durable ropes, fishing net yarns, strapping tape, and carpet backing fabrics, meeting the rigorous demands of packaging, textile, and industrial sectors.
